1. At approximately 7:00 p.m. (we want to get at least 3 hours of flushing) turn on the hot and the cold at one faucet in each of the rooms listed below try to get about two gallons a minute out of each faucet but turn them on low enough to prevent splashing.
2. Monitor the rooms to prevent overflow and flooding in the building.
3. Turn off the faucets at 10:00 p.m.
4. If anyone is using the rooms at the time the faucets are to be turned on do not turn on the faucet in that room but try to find an adjacent room in which to turn on the faucet.
5. Document the room numbers and running times for each faucet turned on.
