Facilities
Support Center serves as the "hub" that receives and processes
the campus' requests for routine, non-routine, and emergency maintenance
services. These services may include requests for building maintenance,
carpentry, electrical work, painting, or plumbing work. Facilities
Services provide services for all state owned campus buildings and
grounds. Chargeable services are available for non-state buildings,
such as the Student Union, Student Housing, Bookstore, Yasuda Center,
and Foundation facilities.
Facilities
Work Requests are recorded and processed through an automated maintenance
management system (TMA). You may access TMA directly to submit your
work request at: http://139.182.84.34:100/request.html.
Online requests are automatically sent a response acknowledging
the request. Once converted into a work request, the work order
number will be emailed. You can then access this same link with
your request number to determine the status of your request.
To
process your work request we will need the following information:
- Name
-
Department
-
Phone extension
-
Email address
-
Building and Room number
-
Detailed information regarding the request:
-
If chargeback - PeopleSoft number
Your
request (per the Definitions
for Priority of Work) will be forwarded to the appropriate Facilities
Services' trade to perform the work or to Project Coordination for
planning and estimating. When non-routine services are requested
by a campus department or by a non-state department, this work will
typically be performed on a chargeback basis (see more under Chargeback
Information) and an account number will be necessary, prior
to the service being performed. Some of our chargeback services
may include: installation of bulletin boards, modular furniture
electrical hook-up, non-scheduled painting, remodeling and renovations
and may also require coordination with other departments (such as
Capital Planning and Development).
Facilities
Support Center hours are 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
