The next time you need to travel on university business, please let us know. We can have a car waiting for you. To request a vehicle, please call (909) 537-5174 or send an e-mail to vehicles@csusb.edu with the following information:
Drivers must be prepared to show a valid Defensive Driver Training card when they pick-up the vehicle. The Defensive Driver Training test is administered by Parking Services. Please call (909) 537-5912 or visit their Defenive Driving Course web page for more information.
Drivers must sign for the vehicle at Facilities Services before using it, unless other arrangements have been made through Facilities Services. Multiple drivers for one vehicle must all sign out prior to departure. A confidential copy of each driver's current Driver's license will be made to meet Enterprise requirements.
Vehicles must be picked-up during Facilities Services Windows hours:
Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. through 4:45 p.m.
Vehicles may be picked-up in advance and stored in RESERVED parking spaces in the Facilities Management parking lot. Should you chose to exercise this option, you will be responsible for any additional rental fees for extra days of use.
Vehicles that are not picked-up or returned according to your pre-arranged schedule will subject the user to a late fee.
Vehicles must be returned clean of trash and debris and the fuel replenished. This is a self-serve operation and heavy penalties for refueling, clean-up, and late arrivals will be included in your rental invoice from the vendor.
When returning a vehicle after normal business hours, please park the vehicle in Facilities Management parking lot where you picked up the vehicle with the windows up and the doors locked. You may deposit the keys, gas card and receipts in the drop box adjacent to the Facilities Management front door. The vendor will be contacted by Facilities Services the next business day to notify them of your return.
If vehicle is returned between 5 - 6 pm call Enterprise at (909) 882-3452 to let them know when you, returned, the odometer reading, and what amount of fuel is in the vehicle, (it should be full).
In the event of unexpected campus closure, vehicle reservations must be cancelled by the Department by contacting Enterprise directly at (909) 882-3452.
