Building
Maintenance is committed to provide quality customer service in
building maintenance and reimbursable services for a safe and
quality educational environment for our campus community. Building
Maintenance is responsible for maintaining approximately 1,533,819
gross square feet of state supported facilities.
The
building trades are dedicated to maintain the campus at its highest
standard. Building Trades include:
- Locksmiths
- Carpenter
- Plumbers
- Electricians
- Painters
- Facilities
Maintenance Workers
In
addition to the daily work order requests for routine, non-routine
and emergency maintenance services, building maintenance utilizes
a computer based preventive maintenance program (PM). Preventative
maintenance is proactive maintenance, facilities preservation,
and renovation of facilities.
