Notes:
- Rates
are per day/week and include Unlimited Miles.
- Models
are subject to availability. A model of car may be requested but
is not guaranteed. This is not a complete listing of the vehicles
available.
- Users
must be at least 21 years of age.
- Vehicles
will be delivered to the Facilities Services by Enterprise and
picked up there unless other arrangements have been previously
arranged.
- Drivers
must possess a valid Defensive Driver training card issued by
the university.
- Rental
rates include all necessary insurance for state-related business.
No additional coverage is necessary, unless it is a personal rental.
- University
departments will be billed for car rentals on a chargeback basis
through Facilities Services.
- Advance
reservations with Enterprise will be arranged through Facilities
Services with a minimum 24 hour lead time.
- All
drivers must sign out for a vehicle.
- These
rates are guaranteed at any Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in
California and will be subject to a $7.00 per day surcharge at
airport locations outside the State of California, except for
New York where the surcharge will be $14.00 per day.
