Administrative
Support
Administrative
Support is dedicated in providing quality business and administrative
services for Facilities Services operations. This includes
key issuance, vehicle
rentals, lost or stolen keys, key code issuance, and Voyager
gas cards. Additionally, Administrative Support handles staff clearances
for Facilities Services and is responsible for notifying individuals
on the status of their Defensive
Driving card.
Administrative
Services is located in the Facilities
Management Building. There are drop boxes located outside the
doors for your convenience, for after hour vehicle returns.

office hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm and we can
be reached directly at:

Fiscal
Administrative Support
Fiscal
Administrative Support assists in the management of Facility Services'
budget that involves posting a variety of documents, maintaining
the financial records and reconciling ove r
170 accounts. Additionally, Fiscal Administrative Support monitors
procurement from the point of in-taking the requests, as well as
issuing change orders, troubleshooting and problem-solving, tracking
the receipt of merchandise, and authorizing the final payment to
the vendor.
